The free-of-charge BMW Roadside Assistance service is available to all BMW drivers around the clock, 365 days a year. A single call – and our experts are at your service, either on the phone or on the scene if required. When you call us, we take care of absolutely everything that needs to be done in the event of a breakdown or accident. Even over the phone we can provide you with important information and if necessary initiate further steps. Meanwhile, you can remain completely calm and enjoy maximum peace of mind and mobility. BMW Roadside Assistance provides professional and expert support in consistent BMW quality: starting with your phone call right through to your onward trip in an intact automobile.

The BMW Mobility Program offers a comprehensive package of free services and is valid throughout Europe. In addition to breakdown assistance on the scene (up to EUR 100) and the tow-away service, we cover costs for the following: onward journey by taxi (up to EUR 65), hotel accommodation (max. four nights; max. four-star; breakdown site must be more than 50 km from your place of residence), replacement vehicle (home country: up to three days plus weekend; abroad: up to five days plus weekend), onward or homeward trip by air or rail (max. EUR 500) as well as vehicle collection or return (if the repair takes longer than three days; max. EUR 500; breakdown site must be more than 100 km from your place of residence) The BMW Mobility Program is valid for two years for new BMW vehicles. And every time the oil is changed or maintenance work carried out by an authorised BMW Service Partner, it is extended by another two years up to five years.
